This is our second one and it arrived securely crated and on time and has worked without issue.
I bought these machine almost a year ago for my business. I bought two of the single tank machines. Only one of the two arrived working. Customer service was great with helping me with a replacement, however that machine arrived broken also. I spent money to have a local repair company fix it, in which Garvee reimbursed me. The temperature gauge has no numbers on it so there’s no clear inkling as to what temperature the machine is actually set on. It takes over an hour to freeze and the liquid should already be cold. They are easy to clean at least but overall the frustration of setting them up took months to get them functioning properly. Summer is approaching and I’ve just pulled them back out of storage so I’m hoping they work as they should.
The machine was used to add to our party business. My husband is a DJ and we often provide the two services together. After about 10 rentals the machine has paid for itself! The machine is fairly quiet. The noise is not noticeable. The appearance of the machine is sleek and has enough room to allow us to put our business logo on the side or the front of the machine. It has performed amazing and when the slush gets low after the initial use, it’s really quick to freeze again. The size is perfect for us to slide it onto a rolling cart and roll it around. We normally use a plastic table cloth to cover the bottom shelf of the cart but be careful not to let the tablecloth cover the back vent as it doesn’t allow the machine to breathe and work efficiently. It is cleaned with ease. We fill it with water several time and wipe it with a clean towel and bam it’s ready for the next customer! It was definitely a great investment for our party themed business.
