this was my 2 nd one installed in bedroom there really easy to install easy everything is numbered There is no need to hire an electrician unless you don't understand electrical or an AC professional. You can do it all yourself and you can find videos online of how to install them total five stars for me.

So far been an amazing unit the instructions were spot on easy to follow and understand for installation. Very quiet unit slept like a baby with it running couldn’t even hear it. Would highly recommend this unit for the price. Bought the 12k 110v unit wire it in with 14 gauge wire and plugged it into my outside receptacle no issues. Remote is easy to use and had a whole instructional book is for the remote.

I really thought about this purchase and read enough to convince me to buy this unit.First, it was the right size for my shop which is 18x30’ so it’s 530 sqft. It’s a metal building and not yet fully insulated and I am very happy with its ability to dry out and cool my shop. I can set it at 82 degrees cooling and in no time the room can be down just below 79-81 range. The unit was easy to install myself. It’s a 110v unit. So no additional heavy duty and expensive wires to run for a 220v model. I live down on the Gulf Coast and the humidity is bad all year and the heat of summer is extreme sometimes. I haven’t fully tested the heat pump system yet. As good as this system is working in cooling and drying the air during this hot and wet summer it’s working great. It’s so quiet during normal use. It has six fan speeds but you really only hear it if the fan is above four. I chose to raise the outside unit and purchased a wall mounting bracket. And once it was in place I decided to cut my supplied copper pipes down to about 32” as the outside unit was mounted slightly offset from the inside unit. All you need is a pipe cutter and flaring kit. They’re typically cost twenty bucks and I cut about 13’x2 out of my refrigerant. I already had an AC manifold gauge set and a vacuum pump. Follow the instruction guide carefully and you will have no trouble. Would I buy another one? Absolutely for the price and performance of the system it’s a no brainer. My brother just bought one after I got the new shop AC going. He helped me lift the compressor in place and the next day I had it running and he ordered one like my 12k unit one the next day for his house.There’s nothing I really dislike about this unit. It arrived in 3 days Garvee Prime. Both pieces were together. The compressor arrives pre-charged so you don’t need more Freon, etc. The unit is quite attractive and I like the display built into the front Cover which you cannot see when the unit is off. An important selling point is it runs on 110v AC which is handy if we lose power from tropical storms and hurricanes and we rely on our generators for electricity.
