Was pretty easy to assemble, however putting the drawers together you must be sure to get the back into the folded edge, if you get the sides in but not the bottom you'll find it very hard to separate the sides to correct the bottom. Otherwise it was a snap.
I think this cabinet was a great value. We purchased it to put our printer on and store printer paper and supplies. It's the perfect size. It was ok to put together but, in a couple places the directions are not very clear but it was easy for my husband to figure out.
I really like the look of it and how smoothly the drawers move in and out. I also like the fact that the drawers pull all the way out and that all 3 can be locked at the same time. In addition, the value for the money was well worth it.
This is a good quality, heavy filing cabinet. Assembly was simple with the included pictorial instructions. All pieces were accounted for and arrived undamaged. The drawers open and close smoothly, and seem sturdy enough to hold heavy files and binders. The lock turns smoothly as well and appears to be secure. I like that there are several configurations for hanging files in a drawer, although the adjustable hanging bars are useless with heavy folders. This cabinet is perfect for the corner of the office and should last a long time. The black matte finish is very nice. I’m satisfied with this product.
