I'd never owned a proper workbench before this and wow, what a difference. My garage projects used to be done on a flimsy folding table that wobbled constantly. This GARVEE bench is solid as a rock. I love that I can adjust the height - I'm 6'2 so having it at 39 inches is perfect. The casters make it easy to move around when I need floor space.
The workbench itself is excellent once it's assembled. Very sturdy, good size, love the power outlets. But the assembly process was more challenging than I anticipated. Took me about 2.5 hours and I had to call my brother over to help hold pieces while I attached some parts. The instructions are okay but some steps aren't super clear. If you're not handy with tools, budget some time for this.
I do a lot of small electronics repair and this workbench is perfect for my needs. The recessed power outlet with USB ports means I can plug in my soldering iron and charge my phone right on the bench. The 48x24 rubber wood top gives me plenty of space to spread out. Height adjustment is smooth and it stays put once locked.
Great rolling workbench. Very solid. Easy to build for the most part. Hardest part is getting the wheels threaded all the way into the legs as they are a tight fit & require a large open end wrench
