I have been working on upgrading the storage in my home, and I actually ended up getting two of these GARVEE cabinets, one in black and one in white. They are striking pieces that stand nearly 73 inches tall, and the heavy duty cold rolled steel construction feels extremely robust. I am using the white cabinet as a pantry because I do not have a lot of built in kitchen storage, and it sits perfectly right outside my kitchen. The black cabinet is located in my second bedroom and houses my extensive makeup and skincare collection. Since I review skincare items, I have a lot of products to organize, and this display case keeps them all looking professional and tidy.The functionality of this cabinet is great for larger items, though it only comes with two adjustable shelves. Because the cabinet is so tall, there is a lot of open space between those shelves, and I honestly wish they had included at least one more to make better use of the vertical room. The glass doors are a beautiful touch, allowing me to see exactly where my products or pantry staples are while keeping everything looking organized. It offers a massive amount of room without occupying too much floor space, which is essential for my second bedroom layout.I will be honest and say that this unit was a bit of a beast to assemble. Many of the screws were positioned in awkward places that made it difficult to get everything tightened down properly. It is important to note that this model does not have a bottom drawer, so everything is stored behind the glass doors. I also have yet to put the arched top on either unit because it looks like it will take me a few more hours to finish, and I actually quite like the flat look of the cabinets without the arches attached.
