Knocking off a star because of slight damage during shipping, and the line set was 3 m not 16 ft as was in the description. Actually happy it is only 3 m because I was expecting to have to re-flare the line. I did use nylog blue on the joints. Held a vacuum for 6 hours without an issue. Only other minor complaint is the horizontal veins are not adjustable. Would recommend. I would have purchased another one today if the price was still the same.

Works e cellent except waiting for explanation on why it won't connect with wifi as advertised. Have had a claim submitted for over a week now.Performance is fine.

Great basic kit. It was easy to install, but the instructions were not well written. The controls and system are very basic but it heats, cools, dehumidifies and has a fan option. I installed this unit to replace my baseboard electric heater and window AC unit. It is way better cooling than my window unit both in speed and efficiency. The heat seems to work well, I live in southwest Washington state so it doesn't get too cold here so I am not sure how well this would work in actual cold climates as there is no backup resistive heating element.It is nice and quiet with good air flow for a small room. The remote is super basic but has all the essential functions and works well.While there are lots of more feature rich options, I really like that this unit does not have an app or any smart feature. This makes it very easy to get working after installation. The Value for the money Is very high, especially if you are capable of doing the installation yourself.There are a few specialized tools needed to get this unit working such as a vacuum pump and vacuum gauge setup. For my home I needed a hole saw (I used a 2.25in) to run the lines outside and impact driver made mounting screws easier to install inside and out. If you have basic electrical and mechanical knowledge this should not be a hard job.This unit did not include an outdoor mounting bracket so If you don't already have one or a pad to put the compressor on make sure to get one.
