Putting this chair together wasn’t too bad overall, but the directions were definitely not the best. It takes a little common sense and patience because not everything is accurate and some of the parts don’t line up the way they should. The premade holes for attaching the leg rest didn’t match up properly, so I had to do some maneuvering and adjusting to make it work. The same thing happened with the holes where the back of the chair attaches to the seat.The instructions don’t explain things clearly, if at all, and there are extra holes that serve no purpose, which just makes you question yourself until you realize the paper isn’t matching reality. Once you ignore the confusing parts and just go with what actually makes sense, it’s pretty simple to finish.Once it’s together, though, it’s a really nice chair. It’s large, supportive, and very comfortable, especially when reclining the back a bit or fully lounging with the footrest up. The footrest setup is actually pretty neat; it pulls out and flips into position easily.My husband has a hard time sitting on our couches because of his back issues, and this chair has made him (and his back) very happy. The best part is that it rolls smoothly from the living room to the desk in the kitchen with no issues.A little annoying to assemble, but a great chair once it’s done.
