Works great. It is loud but that is to be expected. Love the ability to adjust the texture size. I should have looked at the measurements to confirm it would fit on our counter under the kitchen cabinets. It is taller than expected. Great product, easy to use.

With a 6L storage box and 300 lbs/h output, this machine is clearly built for bigger gatherings, and it handles that volume without struggling. The ice texture control is a nice feature, you can dial in something closer to fine snow or a coarser shave depending on what you're making. 500W gives it real power, and despite the output it wasn't difficult to clean afterward. Great for parties, and honestly overkill in the best way for home use.

This turned out to be much bigger than a single person can use, so I gave this to my daughter who has seven kids. She absolutely loves this ice shaver.I do childcare for all these grandkids, so will have long childcare days with them this summer. We will be using this machine as part of our fun summer activities. We'll be making snow cones, iced smoothies, milkshakes,and other icy treats. The machine is easy to use, and produces shaved ice of different textures.I am impressed with the appearance of the shaver. It's very nice looking, it produces ice of various textures,and it's simple and easy to use. It's got a large storage container that holds lots of shaved ice for ready use. It's perfect for a family of large kids, for parties, for family reunions, and for barbeques.The speed is perfect for producing ice of the needed consistencies. We use the big bags of chipped ice that you can buy in the groceries store. There's a wide mouth/opening for inserting the cubed ice for shaving. Not only is the shaver easy to use, but it's safe. I wouldn't let little kids use this, but it's safe for older kids, on up.We haven't had to clean this yet, but according to the instructions the machine is easy to clean. For use by many people, this shaver is perfect and will get used a lot. I just don't have the room in my home, but my daughter has room...and lots of children who will enjoy the pleasures that this machine will help produce.

This shaved ice machine works exceptionally well.Set up couldn't be simpler. The instructions are clear but it's so simple you hardly need them. It processes ice very quickly and the results are excellent.The nozzle to adjust the consistency of the shaved ice works very well and is very simple to use. It can make very fine, almost snow like, shavings all the way to a more traditional snow cone consistency.Cleaning the unit is also very easy.If you are looking for a more commercial level shaved ice maker check this out. Our 7 year old and all the neighborhood kids highly recommend. They found it very fun to use and enjoy.It isn't cheap but it's not cheaply made. It's very obvious that it will hold up to heavy use very well. It does take up space on the counter and has some weight to it but this is a case where weight means quality and durability.
