Attaches easily to my minivan and SUV. It doesn't take up a lot of storage space in either vehicle. I do have a senior Golden Retriever. He likes to go wherever I do, but can't jump into either vehicle anymore, and I can't lift him anymore without the help of my wife. He is old and set in his ways, so it's taking us time to train him with something new. We're continuing to gain his trust, and hopefully it won't take long for him to walk up and down without our guidance.
It will be more fun once he builds his confidence; it's stable and wide enough for him.
Durable, easy to set up, take down and is compact. Can hold 80+lb dogs easily. Only thing I would recommend fixing is the elasticity of the secure clip once it's folded as it's overly taught and hard to clasp. Other than that it's exactly what I wanted.
Yes it’s sturdy,yes my dog will scoot right up. BUT if you’re not careful you WILL crush your hand opening it. Very awkward to open! I had to install handles along the side of each panel to keep it from hurting me.
GARVEE 71" Folding Dog Ramp proves to be an excellent product. Strong, sturdy, light weight aluminum easily folds and expands as needed to accommodate both vehicle port as well as my pets comfort. Initialicially, my dog seemed cautious and unsure of the ramp, however, slowly introducing him to the ramp over several attempts increased his comfort level to use this devise when entering the vehicle with ease. Now, he just runs up onto the ramp, when entering my car.Great product. Highly recommended.
