Adjustable and sturdy

I didn't necessarily trust it at first, but It's very sturdy. I'm 230, and I hold a 55 lbs weight when I do my... back raises (?). I'm sold.

Versatile, Sturdy, Easy to Assemble!

This adjustable Roman Chair was exactly what I needed to build up my back, abs, and obliques. The wide and thickly padded rests are very comfortable, and I like how there are no gaps between the two pads, which makes it easier to center myself for "side-ups" to exercise my obliques.It took me about 20 minutes to assemble this device, using two ratcheted socket wrenches, which I recommend because the two included "throwaway" open wrenches won't allow you to firmly tighten the nuts and bolts without stripping them.I just started using this Roman Chair today, so I can't speak to its durability yet, but it does look and feel very solid and sturdy. After using this Roman Chair, I'm very happy with it, and would buy it again.
