So far this thing Is as good as it's described.ir comes pre assembled and you just have to connect 2 or three pieces together to assemble it and latch everything into placeTAKE YOUR TIME ! it takes 10 minutes at most if you rush, however if you rush you may miss the gap filler piece of metal and try and pop the little wheel cap on prematurely. At first I was upset because it took about 20 minutes to pry back off with a hammer. however, all this said to me was that once it's on there....theres no coming off. so I finally pried it off and placed both pieces in their working order correctly.piece of advice (USE A HAMMER) bang that sucker into place and get out your frustration and the stress of having to move out because of annoying and gross neighbors .I tested the dolly on my heavier boxes ( huge wardrobe box filled with heavy brass statues and decor. lifted easily and worked okay.However, my move is next week and that's when it will really be put to the test . ill come on here and update later on if all goes well and it makes it through a 45 box moving trip, up three flights up stairs lol.(Another piece of advice, the piece at the top that adjusts for storing.... place packing peanuts inside before latching it into place for a secure and stable wobble free dolly.ONLY complaint ( the presentation sucked ). The tie traps for boxes and heavy items were just thrown in the box as if used before.(not dirty just .... bleh).. the only thing plastic wrapped was the wheels. instructions were torn .However, who cares. the thing got here super fast brought everything described. looks as described and will hopefully make it through.
