The product itself works great. Only problem we had with it hard to assemble holes did not line up had to redrill very time consuming would of returned if it wasn't so heavy. One more thing had for two weeks and already rusting. Other than that really like it alot so easy to manage cover

After going through two plastic lifters that cracked, this heavy-duty aluminum cover lifter is a game-changer! The rust-resistant construction looks brand new after six months of outdoor exposure. The customizable U-arm provides the perfect grip point for my irregularly shaped cover (74"L with rounded corners). I love how the foldable arms tuck neatly against my tub when not in use - a real space-saving solution for my small deck. The 53-93 inch width adjustment accommodated my tub perfectly, and the 30-40 inch height range eliminated my back strain. Assembly was straightforward with the well-illustrated manual. Finally - a lifter that lasts!

Very substantial, Good thick aluminum and spaced wide enough to hold securely. I purchased to replace on my husband was trying to force bend so our top didn’t bump around in the wind. Hercules finally asked me to get a new one but I searched to find a better overall fit. It holds the top but lets it sit basically to the ground at least the brackets do. An upgrade to the previous purchase. Nice and thick. I love how I maximize the view now. The older model kept the cover higher so it caught the wind more. It’s funny how little things give you peace of mind. Very good purchase, great design. I am a smaller person but I can bring this up and down with one hand thanks to the whatever those air support tubes are called.”, and it’s great cause it can’t bang up or down, just a soft close like good kitchen drawers.
