CHECK ALL NUTS AND BOLTS BEFORE USE

to start- HORRIBLE packaging, it was absolutely demolished by the time it got to me.Secondly- most of the hardware on the dollies themselves was loose and needed to be tightened/adjusted and tightened before use. And I'm not talking about having to install the wheels.
