I got this GARVEE Universal Roof Rack Cargo Carrier Basket, 200 Lbs Capacity Rooftop Cargo Rack, Car Top Luggage Holder Basket Heavy Duty for SUVs, Trucks, Vehicles for my 2008 Jeep Wrangler JKU and I really like it! Assembly was very straight forward and only took about 30 minutes. It is extremely well made and very sturdy. It looks great on my Jeep and it holds a lot of stuff. I used to use a rear basket for traveling but this is way better! You do need cross bars to mount this on and when it is mounted, it is very secure. The wind deflector is nice and it doesn't make much noise at all. For the price, this is an excellent value and I would highly recommend it!

I installed this roof basket on my 2019 Toyota 4Runner before a weekend camping trip because we needed extra space for bulky gear that wouldn’t fit inside the vehicle. It made a noticeable difference and freed up plenty of room for passengers and smaller items.Assembly was straightforward, and mounting it to the factory crossbars didn’t take very long. The included hardware fit securely, and once everything was tightened down, the basket felt solid with very little movement.The size is just right for camping gear, folding chairs, duffel bags, and a few storage bins. I stayed well within the weight limit, and it handled the load without any issues during several hours of highway driving.I also like the built-in wind fairing. There is some wind noise, which is expected with any roof basket, but it was less noticeable than I anticipated and didn’t affect driving stability.The powder-coated finish looks durable and has held up well through rain, dust, and a few car washes. I haven’t noticed any rust or damage, and the basket still looks new after several trips.The side rails and bottom support bars made it easy to secure everything using ratchet straps. Nothing shifted during the drive, even after traveling over rough roads leading to the campsite.One small detail I appreciate is the reflective stickers on the back. They’re a nice added safety feature when driving at night or when the vehicle is parked along the roadside.Overall, this has been a great addition to my 2019 Toyota 4Runner. It’s sturdy, easy to install, provides plenty of extra cargo space, and has made family road trips and camping weekends much more convenient.
