Good for the price

Machine seems sturdy. Despite some other reviews I've read...wasn't very hard to assemble. Took just over an hour. Have put over 200# on it. And it moves smoothly. We'll see how the pulleys and cables hold up over time. If you're on the taller side...you may not get the best stretch at the top of your pulldowns. I'm 6'2, and if I don't lean my body back at the top of the movement...the weights bottom out. But it's not that big of a deal to me. For the price...can't beat it if it holds up over time.

Works really well at home

Love this pull down machine! It lets me do all kinds of back and arm workouts easily. The seat and leg support adjust smoothly, and it stays steady while I train. Great pick for a home gym.
