No More Fuss With Electrical Cords or Gas Trimmers

This cordless trimmer was purchased solely to trim about 30 yards of hedges. Trying to trim the length of the hedges with an electrical cord was cumbersome - the same with gas trimmers. I trimmed the length of the hedges on one side and still had great battery life. I have not completed the hedges due to rain. I did have two of my sons check it out and they said it was worth keeping for what I needed.

Huge fan of the dual battery setup!

I have a fairly large yard with a lot of overgrown boxwoods, and gas trimmers are just too much hassle for me. This cordless one is a lifesaver. Having two 20V batteries included means I can finish my whole front yard in one go without stopping to recharge. It runs smooth and has plenty of juice. Highly recommend!

Pleasantly surprised

Honestly this trimmer does a better job than I was expecting. I wasn't sure that 20V power would have enough oomph when snagging some thicker branches. It actually just chuggs right through. I only bogged it down once or twice out of several uses.The batteries are kind of a double edged sword depending on your situation. On one hand, its a great value to provide TWO batteries so that one is always on the charger. But for me, I have a lot of tools. I have a whole wall dedicated to batteries/ chargers. I now have yet another charger and 2 batteries that ONLY work for this one tool. In hindsight, I should have probably looked for a trimmer that was a bare tool (cheaper) and compatible with big bix store battery brands I already have. But thats hindsight for me (and hopefully foresight for you).Im still happy with it though, and would recommend.
