I struggle with the instructions and assembling it.A. Expanding the chair arms.. Suggestion might need two people on both sides.. You do not hear the clinkB. I had to search for all the cords in the back of the chair.C. Pulling the level is a struggle; you have to practice.D. You need to use your body to move the chair. There to be lock in positionI love the color. It is comfortable.Sturdiness is good.I love the message and the heat function.I give it a 7 because of the instructions.
