I just assembled this yesterday so can't offer a full review quite yet. However set up was easy, inside is nice, and even once rain started the inside remained dry. Also we made sure it was secure with the stakes and bricks so didn't have trouble with wind either. Instructions could probably be more clear as I had trouble understanding how to put the waterproof top on. Apparently you uncap the caps of each and then put the end into the pole. Will update once used longer.

It is much bigger than I thought and I even measured out the area I wanted it in my yard.Relatively easy to set up with 2 people and while it moved in worrying ways it resisted some decently strong wind and light snow while only staked down with some water jugs on the ground flaps.
