I have only hd this toilet less than a week, but I totally love this thing! It is heavy and well made, but simple to install and comes with everything I needed. It will never be the same to use a standard toilet! The heated seat is a luxury I will never be without. The height and size is perfect and comfortable. Easy to get on and off. The many functions may seem like over kill to a person that is using a smart toilet for the first time, but they are brilliant when you get used to using them. I plan on replacing my other two in the house as soon as I get to those rooms. The cost is so reasonable compared to others that offer the same functions. I feel like I got the deal of a lifetime. Fed -Ex dropped it off 5 days early, so shipping was great also.

I have had this toilet for little over a year now. We love all the great features. Its quite helpful amd you actually get use to not flushing or do much as you would with a regular toilet. Customer service is great. I had a minor issue and they promised to replace the part even beyond the warranty period. This is a highly recommended product!!!

I was nervous at first since I couldn’t pair the toilet with the remote and the bidet was leaking even with the toilet off. After turning off the water valve and reset the power, everything works very nicely. I can’t believe this toilet is under $500. It’s very modern fancy looking, comfortable to sit in, has nice features. The water pressure is perfect and can be adjusted. The seat warmer is the killer, especially now that it’s getting colder. I love it! Bought 2 and they both work perfectly.

This was my first smart toilet. We are very impressed with the modern clean look. I love the heated seat!!! Lots of cool adjustments and bells n whistles !!! I was not sure about the tankless flush but it works perfectly. Very well made with lots of thought to detail!!!!!
