This stainless steel work table turned out to be a really useful addition to the kitchen. We are using it more like a tiny prep island for our smaller kitchen, and the size works especially well for kitchens where you want extra workspace without taking up the amount of room that a full-sized island would require.The table feels sturdy and well made once assembled. It does not feel flimsy or unstable, and the stainless steel surface gives it a more commercial-style feel that works well for food prep, small appliances, or general kitchen use. The lower shelf is also useful for extra storage space and helps keep things organized instead of cluttering the countertop area.One thing I appreciate is how easy the surface is to clean. The stainless steel wipes down quickly and does not require much effort to keep looking nice, which is important for something being used regularly for meal prep and kitchen work.It does require some assembly when it arrives. The instructions are decent, although not perfect, but overall it was fairly easy to figure out without too much frustration. Once put together though, it feels durable and solid enough for everyday use.Overall, this is a nice option if you want a smaller commercial-style prep table or kitchen island that adds extra workspace without overwhelming the room.

I’ve been using this GARVEE stainless steel work table in my cottage bakery and it has been a fantastic addition to my workspace. We needed to convert our formal dining room into an office space for me, so when we have meals or entertain, we use the family room and kitchen table. As our counter is long and covered with our appliances and I have no hall counter nearby for serving, I needed an extra work and serving surface near the table.I was looking for supplements one day on Garvee and came across this small stainless steel prep table and as I have an unused large cutting board to place on its top, I thought it might work for an extra prep, baking or serving table so ordered it.It came well packaged with instructions and gloves to wear for assembly to help cut down on fingerprints. The instructions were okay, though there were some areas that were unclear, but it all came together in about 45 minutes. I had ordered the model with wheels, but mine came without wheels, only leveling feet, but I am not going to be moving it, so its fine. Just be aware that the two models in this size are identical with the exception of the feet.The table is actually lighter and easier to move than I thought it would be. The feet turn to level the table so you can and adjust it to work with any irregularities in your floor. I have a carpet under the kitchen table so the front part of the table is on the carpet and the back is on the hardwood floor so it has the feet extended with a set of casters underneath those 2 legs to steady it. My largest cutting board fits on top with a few inches in the back to spare. I would like to cover the whole surface with a nice cutting board if I can so it looks more polished, but this will work for now.It is now situated close to the table for serving, provides added space to set dirty dishes or additional bottles of wine, water pitcher, etc. I've also stationed my Instant Pot on the bottom shelf as we use it every week and I'm constantly having to pull it out from our lowest cabinet. As I rearrange things and find other uses for it, I will come back for an update, but for now, I am very pleased with the materials, make and value of this durable table.

I also like the lower shelf for extra storage, and the garbage bag rack is actually more convenient than I expected when cooking outside.Assembly was pretty straightforward, and once put together it feels stable for normal grilling and prep use. Overall, it’s a practical setup if you need extra workspace for an outdoor cooking area or grill station.
