It came mostly put together; I just attached the handle and tightened a few bolts. Took maybe ten minutes before it was ready to use.
The welds look clean, the paint is even, and the hardware is solid. Nothing about it feels cheap or flimsy.
The rubber handle has good texture and doesn’t slip, even with greasy or gloved hands. Feels much better than bare metal.
I run a mobile tire service and this dolly rides with me in the van. It’s light enough to haul around but strong enough for big truck tires on job sites.
