*update* They were able to get me the part. It took a little bit longer than I would’ve liked, but they did take care of it. Loving the bed. It is exactly what we expected.Everything was great, except for one piece that went on the base. It was factory assembled incorrectly and makes the bed unusable. Sent an email to customer service. I’ll update my review as soon as they resolve the issue.
