Takes the muscle strain out of rotatiing tires.

This review is for the GARVEE Tire Dolly. Its main use is for dismounting and mounting wheels onto car hubs. For anyone who has rotated tires, changed brakes, flushed brake fluid etc you know how muscle straining and frustrating it can be holding up the wheel and getting the holes to line up with the studs and getting the wheel back onto the car. With this tire lifting tool it makes the task of installing wheels so easy. Just roll the lift to the hub, raise the wheel by pushing down on the handle, and spin the wheel until the holes line up with the studs. Then slip the wheel back onto the car. It is so much better than the small versions of tire lifts that have less leverage. The top handle piece has a sloppy fit but I only use the bottom handle. I put the grip from the top handle onto the bottom handle.

Finally Solo Tire Swaps Without the Struggle

I used to dread swapping my heavy truck tires and always needed a second person to line up the wheel. This tire dolly made one-person tire changes a reality. The 360° rotating wheels allowed me to spin the tire into perfect alignment without any rim damage. I was blown away by how easily it handled the weight well within the 350 lbs capacity. My back is thanking me and my garage workflow is so much smoother.
