We recommend cleaning the exterior and product compartments weekly, checking inventory levels and device status monthly, and performing a thorough cleaning and system check quarterly. Maintenance frequency may vary depending on the machine model and usage environment.

Open the GRV Link App and navigate to Data Center to review your vending performance. Depending on your device and available features, you can access order records, revenue trends, best-selling products, and inventory alerts. You can also export reports for further analysis.

First, check whether the machine is connected to the internet. If the connection is working properly, ask the customer to try again or use another payment method. If the issue persists, submit a support request with the device ID, transaction details, and approximate payment time. Our team will investigate the transaction and assist with any necessary refund or reconciliation. Resolution times may vary depending on the payment provider and transaction status.

You can find your order number in one of the following places: • Order details: Sign in to the platform where you placed your order and open your order details. • Confirmation email: Check the order confirmation email sent to your registered email address. • Garvee website: If you purchased directly from our official website, go to My Orders in your account.

To create a merchant account and manage your vending business through GRV Link: 1. Download the GRV Link App from the Apple App Store or Google Play. 2. Open the app and tap Sign Up. 3. Enter your phone number and complete the verification process. 4. Create your password and complete your merchant profile. 5. Sign in to your account to start managing your vending business.
